This Creepy Clash Cover Pays Tribute to Stranger Things

The eternal Halloween dilemma: should you stay (in) or go (out)? The answer may depend greatly on what kind of person you are.

We're the kinds of people who like eerie half-masked duos cover acoustic '80s songs in what appears to be the Upside Down. And if you are too, here ya go:

Based on the Ultimate Warrior and Gizmo shirts, Face Time Police's '80s reference game is strong. The song is, of course, classic Clash, but made creepier by the slower delivery of the lyrics and the random backup vocals towards the end.

Do you suppose the person who recorded their initial tryout tape was a demo gorgon? And did they turn it up to eleven? At least they found the Will power not to be sluggish, and Darted into a studio to take this to the Max. Let's hope their contract contained a standard Ryder, or their best-laid plans might be Dustin the wind.

(Okay, we're done now.)
