Lenore Zann

Australian-born Lenore Zann is an award-winning actor, writer, producer, and director. At the age of nineteen, Zann burst onto the entertainment scene with her haunting portrayal of Marilyn Monroe in the rock opera Hey Marilyn!

Known for her many famous roles in Film, TV, and animations, Zann’s distinct voice was perfectly suited to bring Rogue to life on X-Men The Animated Series. The southern belle with a powerful punch was a standout character, having far more strength than her male teammates but suffering from her inability to touch and bond with others.

Zann’s other iconic roles include Aisha Clan-Clan (Outlaw Star), Starcatcher (My Little Pony), Roll (Megaman), Wendy Waters (Rescue Heroes), Tigra (The Avengers), Lorca (Dragon Tales), and Island Owl (Animal Mechanicals).

Since 2009 Lenore has also been an elected official in Canada. A popular and hard-working politician, she is a passionate advocate for Social, Environmental, Economic, Artistic, & Cultural Justice - introducing important bills including an Act to Redress Environmental Racism and an Environmental Bill of Rights.

Lenore is recipient of an ACTRA Award for Best Actor, the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Lifetime Award for Service to Community & Country, as well as Best Politician of 2018.
