Dom Toretto’s 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner

You can’t have a fast & furious movie and not have a custom Mopar driven by Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto.

This beautiful roadrunner is painted in a Mopar deep burnt orange with metal flake and was driven in “furious 7,” by Vin Diesel’s character Dominic Toretto.

Under the hood is a powerful gm 6.2 litre LS3 engine modified to put out more than 500 horsepower with a magna flow exhaust. It has a Kilgore turbo 400 transmission connected to a 4.56 rear end. Braking for all this power is achieved with custom Brembo brakes on all four corners. The sub-frame is by Reilly Motorsports with street lynx rear suspension. Sweeny FX provided the safety cage.

After the filming of the movie was completed it was placed on display at Universal Studios theme park for the premier of the film.
